Payroll

We also offer a comprehensive payroll service for those choosing to employ their own personal assistants or carers. Our qualified and experienced staff can manage your payroll responsibilities on your behalf by:

• Registering you as an employer with HMRC.
• Calculate PA hours every week/ 4 weekly or monthly from information that you supply (by post, phone, or email) and provide payslips and summary information for you to pay your PAs and HMRC or to the Managed account team.
• Comply with all statutory requirements including tax, national insurance, statutory sick pay, statutory maternity pay and student loans.
• Keep a record of each employee’s annual leave taken / remaining.
• Complete a RTI (Real Time Information) form to HMRC for every payroll period based on the information provided to us by you.
• We will send you a wage slip for you and your employees (where applicable)
• Obtain authorisation from you to act on your behalf as your agent so that we can liaise with HMRC on your behalf.
• Monitor employee timesheets against your care package to check you are within the agreed budget.
• Prepare P45s when employees leave
• Provide payroll support and advice.
• Provide full PAYE records.
• P60 forms issues to employees at the end of the tax year
• Ensuring that clients meet the current minimum wage and living wage rates where applicable.
• Assisting with auto-enrolment with pension regulation, including enrolling in a pensions scheme and managing deductions.
