We love feedback. That's why we work with iTrust — an app that lets people speak up in confidence, anonymously if they need to — for our own team and clients, and for the community around us.
Feedback that matters, shared in confidence
iTrust is a feedback app that gives people a safe, simple way to praise someone, suggest a change, or flag a concern — anonymously if they'd rather not put their name to it.
We use it ourselves, for both our staff and our clients. If something's working well, if there's a better way we could be doing things, or if something needs raising in confidence, iTrust gives everyone a direct, safe route to tell us.
